Implementation Analyst I – Corporate Benefits

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Receive and evaluate cases submitted via GLPI/Workflow

• Complete checklists and confirm eligibility documentation

• Generate contracts within insurers’ systems

• Monitor and address unresolved issues

• Update proposal statuses in GLPI/Workflow

• Analyze the regulations set forth in contracts

• Address inquiries regarding sales and eligibility policies

• Negotiate with insurers when required

• Oversee implementations in Protheus/Quiver

• Dispatch internal welcome messages to the Relationship team

• Approve enrollments in Protheus/Quiver

• Manage the corporate email inbox for the department

• Engage in training sessions on new products and updates from suppliers

• Enroll brokers with healthcare providers, insurers, and administrators

• Focus primarily on group enrollment and Small Business Segment I clients (up to 29 lives)

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma

• Prior experience with implementation processes, including document and eligibility analysis, is preferred

• Familiarity with the issuance systems utilized by major insurers and healthcare providers (SAS, Bradesco, Amil, Porto, Hapvida) is preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

• Understanding of PME/ANS benefits eligibility regulations

• Organized and analytical mindset, with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail
