This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Respond promptly and proactively to inquiries regarding implants.

• Establish rapport with patients while understanding their motivations, concerns, and barriers to treatment.

• Clarify the implant patient journey, including estimated treatment costs and available finance/payment alternatives.

• Convert inquiries into scheduled implant consultations.

• Follow up and nurture relationships with patients who are not ready to book immediately.

• Reconnect with previous implant inquiries and identify opportunities to revive treatment journeys.

• Assist patients who are comparing providers or have concerns about cost, fear, timing, or treatment.

• Maintain consistent communication through phone, email, and SMS.

• Follow up after consultations to facilitate patient progression toward treatment.

• Accurately document conversations, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM.

• Provide comprehensive handovers to on-site teams.

• Collaborate with Treatment Coordinators and implant clinicians to ensure a smooth patient experience.

• Manage the patient pipeline effectively to prevent loss of opportunities due to inadequate follow-up.

• Support patients across Dental Beauty Partners’ practices and contribute to the development of the new implant project.


⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, prior experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Implant Coordinator, or in a similar patient-facing dental role is required.

• Strong understanding of implant dentistry.

• Comfortable discussing both single and multiple implants, as well as full-arch/full-mouth implant solutions at a non-clinical level.

• Ability to identify when questions should be referred to a clinician.

• Excellent communication skills with patients.

• Strong commercial acumen and sales capability.

• Capacity to build trust, listen to concerns, and guide patients toward decisions without applying undue pressure.

• Proactive, organized, and persistent approach.

• Comfortable managing a patient pipeline over extended periods.

• Ability to discuss estimated treatment costs and finance/payment options.

• Skilled in maintaining accurate CRM records.

• No specific educational credentials required.
