This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Achieve or surpass territory sales and expense plan objectives by creating and executing strategies tailored to the territory.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
• Stay updated on company products and relevant medical conditions.
• Create and implement a Territory Business Plan, along with daily and weekly work schedules, call strategies, and sales-call preparations.
• Initiate and manage territory initiatives, including speakers’ bureau programs and symposiums.
• Develop and keep thorough customer records.
• Complete administrative responsibilities accurately and punctually.
• Deliver engaging and precise sales presentations to clients.
• Uphold a professional sales image in all business dealings.
• Manage the designated sales territory in alignment with applicable regulations, pharmaceutical guidelines, and company policies.
• Participate in regional and national conferences throughout the year.
• Promote Keenova therapeutics and assist patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals in navigating the complexities of healthcare and therapy access.
• A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Nephrology is required.
• Alternatively, an Associate’s Degree coupled with 5+ years’ experience, or over 7 years of proven success in pharmaceutical or industry-equivalent roles in Nephrology.
• Proven track record as a top performer.
• Excellent clinical selling capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of clinical practices and disease states.
• Business insight into industry trends, economic sectors, and market conditions.
• Ability to generate new business and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Skill in communicating effectively, concisely, and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Capability to identify resources and resolve issues using available information and support.
• Preferred current experience within the territory and knowledge of customers.
• Experience in selling biologics to specialized physicians in rare disease segments is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is necessary.
• Willingness to travel locally, including some overnight trips.
• Availability to attend regional and national conferences throughout the year.
