📋 Description

• Achieve sales targets for Janssen Biotech's immunology products and services.

• Convey intricate clinical and business insights to dermatology healthcare professionals, government bodies, professional organizations, patient groups, health plans, and other key decision-makers.

• Implement franchise and corporate brand strategies and tactics within designated customer segments.

• Persuade customer influencers by utilizing clinical knowledge, business acumen, and proficient selling techniques.

• Carry out local marketing strategies and effectively utilize available resources.

• Work collaboratively with company team members and counterparts to exchange ideas and information.

• Foster customer loyalty by recognizing and nurturing relationships with prominent local healthcare decision-makers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• A valid driver's license and the capacity to travel as needed.

• Must either reside in the relevant area or be open to relocating.

• Experience in selling injectable products is preferred.

• Familiarity with immunology and/or the dermatology sector is preferred.

• Experience in navigating complex reimbursement challenges is preferred.

• Background in project-oriented selling environments with a strong emphasis on individual performance and incentives is preferred.

• Proven history of successful sales achievements is preferred.

• Completion of Management Development courses is preferred.

• A demonstrated commitment to learning about emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and long-term application of new tools is required.
