This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Promote Belumosudil to achieve or surpass sales objectives in the designated territory through authorized promotional activities.
• Communicate and provide on-label details regarding Sanofi products to specified targets and accounts.
• Develop clear and thorough business plans.
• Gain insights into key customers’ goals and desired clinical outcomes.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and non-HCPs at targeted accounts.
• Oversee and manage territory budgets related to customer engagements, promotional initiatives, and external expenditures.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to pinpoint current and future business opportunities.
• Execute effective and strategic action plans.
• Exhibit expertise in product knowledge, disease states, product access, and reimbursement processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Managed Care, Analytics, Accounting, Compliance, Legal, and other teams within Sanofi.
• Stay informed about Managed Care, GPOs, Specialty Pharmacy, State Medicaid, and Veterans Affairs selling and reimbursement landscapes.
• Conduct one-on-one, group, and non-personal on-label sales presentations.
• Collect and analyze market data to identify customer and market trends.
• Convey promotional messages through approved in-person and virtual channels.
• Utilize computer systems for planning, forecasting, and reviewing sales activities.
• Manage work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communications, samples, and expense reporting.
• Adhere to laws, rules, regulations, and Sanofi policies that govern pharmaceutical marketing and promotion.
• A Bachelor of Science or relevant degree is mandatory.
• Several years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical sales are required.
• Experience in Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplant is preferred.
• Background in field sales, hospital/academic institution sales, and Managed Care within the oncology/hematology-transplant sector is essential.
• Demonstrated success in generating and driving sales results is crucial.
• Experience with successful hematology product launches is preferred.
• Proficiency in delivering virtual engagements to HCPs and their staff.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational talents.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
• Willingness to travel 60% of the time or more is required.
• Must reside in the United States or Puerto Rico.
