Immigration Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee a comprehensive portfolio of Canadian immigration cases

• Prepare and submit compliant applications for Work Permits, Permanent Residence, and Employer compliance issues

• Counsel corporate clients on immigration strategies, eligibility, timelines, and potential risks

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders

• Ensure adherence to the requirements set by IRCC and ESDC

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)

• Active member in good standing with the applicable regulatory body

• Over 3 years of experience in corporate Canadian immigration

• Strong understanding of Canadian and Quebec immigration programs (if applicable)

• Ability to independently handle high-volume, complex corporate cases

• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and focused on client needs
