This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the operational components of global clinical trials.
• Oversee and synchronize the operational imaging strategy, including planning, risk evaluation, mitigation, and execution.
• Provide support for both oncology and non-oncology clinical trials throughout all phases, from initiation to completion.
• Uphold the quality and scientific integrity of imaging-related aspects in clinical trials.
• Collaborate with the Imaging Scientist Team within Clinical Biomarkers & Diagnostics to facilitate comprehensive imaging specialist support across the portfolio.
• Act as an internal subject matter expert for Clinical Program Operations and other functions within Global Development Operations.
• Provide guidance on best practices while ensuring the application of consistent standards and lessons learned throughout the portfolio.
• Foster global cross-functional relationships.
• Work alongside clinical teams to incorporate imaging into trials.
• Report updates to senior management.
• Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree with 2 years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of experience OR Associate’s degree with 8 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience.
• 7 years of professional experience in life sciences or a medically related field.
• 4 years of clinical research experience in biopharmaceuticals, specifically working on clinical trials in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO company.
• At least 5 years of experience leading global teams.
• Proven experience in operationalizing clinical studies with imaging components and managing Imaging vendors.
• Comprehensive understanding of the drug development process, clinical trial execution, ICH-GCP, as well as local regulations, requirements, and guidelines.
• Solid knowledge of the clinical trial process, encompassing regulations, patient recruitment, feasibility assessment, business operations, and related supportive vendors and technologies.
• Good grasp of quality oversight and process enhancement.
• Experience in project and program management, including the oversight of quality, study deliverables, and timelines.
• Strong networking skills and ability to cultivate cross-functional relationships.
• Knowledge across various therapeutic areas.
