This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Offer administrative, clerical, implementation, and processing assistance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Aid in the development, testing, tracking, distribution, and management of documents, processes, and reports.
• Organize meetings, presentations, training sessions, project committees, as well as sponsor and site meetings.
• Draft meeting agendas, minutes, documents, and project resources.
• Oversee project invoicing, billing, and preparation of payment documents.
• Facilitate internal and external communications throughout the project life cycle.
• Provide administrative assistance, including form preparation, entry of client/project information, and creation of logs, reports, and scripts.
• Participate in the creation and upkeep of project forms, documents, and processes.
• Assist in identifying and resolving project issues during audits.
• Serve as the initial contact for project inquiries, protocol clarification requests, and project/service concerns.
• Manage and oversee project materials, tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that activities are recorded, distributed, tracked, monitored, updated, revised, and maintained in accordance with protocols and standards.
• A minimum of one to three years of relevant work experience with ongoing training, or at least a one-year College Advanced Diploma/Degree in a pertinent field of study.
• Relevant education ideally in Health or Life Sciences, or Clinical Research.
• Familiarity with clinical research.
• Capability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment.
