
Imaging Parts Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main contact for incoming inquiries related to diagnostic imaging parts.
• Provide guidance to customers on parts, lifecycle management, and sourcing alternatives.
• Assess options for repair, exchange, or replacement based on cost, urgency, and equipment lifecycle considerations.
• Negotiate prices, discounts, and terms within established authority limits.
• Create precise and competitive quotes.
• Oversee open quotations to enhance win rates and secure purchase orders.
• Foster relationships with hospitals, Independent Service Organizations (ISOs), OEM service providers, and biomedical engineering departments.
• Counsel customers and service organizations on parts sourcing strategies and lifecycle management.
• Utilize internal inventory systems to locate available parts, exchange options, and alternatives.
• Suggest substitute or upgraded products when suitable.
• Accurately and efficiently process customer orders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Repair, Procurement, and Logistics teams for prompt fulfillment.
• Maintain precise customer records, quotations, and sales activities in company systems.
• Address customer issues related to pricing, availability, order status, and product selection.
• Keep a working knowledge of diagnostic imaging systems, replacement parts, exchange programs, and service offerings.
• Achieve or surpass objectives related to quote turnaround, quote conversion, order accuracy, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Work together with colleagues to enhance response times, sales procedures, and customer experience.
• A degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three years of experience in sales, customer service, or parts sales.
• Preferred experience in diagnostic imaging, biomedical equipment, medical equipment, industrial equipment, or technical parts sales.
• Capability to manage multiple customer opportunities in a dynamic sales environment.
• Ability to independently formulate pricing and sourcing recommendations without prior approval.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to cultivate customer relationships and close transactional sales opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP software, such as Salesforce.
• Capability to learn technical product information and effectively communicate its value.
• A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Preferred experience in selling replacement parts for diagnostic imaging equipment.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Must be able to work seated while using a computer for extended periods, up to 8 hours daily.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
