This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +5 more countries.
β’ Assess the reasons behind non-converting Amazon listings by pinpointing unresolved gallery inquiries, overlooked objections, and moments where buyer confidence diminishes.
β’ Establish the function and sequence of the seven image slots, addressing objections, and ensuring size and fit coverage.
β’ Prioritize seven Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) based on click potential and return prevention.
β’ Compose actionable image briefs that include one message, a headline, an optional subline, and limited callouts for each slot.
β’ Implement the two-second rule, ensuring that concepts are clear and legible at phone-thumbnail dimensions.
β’ Collaborate within client brand guidelines and specify asset reuse and file locations.
β’ Ensure accurate and consistent sizing across backend systems, image charts, and adhere to US/EU conventions.
β’ Comply with Amazon's image policies and mobile gallery standards.
β’ Conduct quality assurance on returned files for hierarchy, contrast, whitespace, text density, and effective use of close-up boxes.
β’ Download and review customer feedback, Voice of the Customer data, and return reports.
β’ Create buyer personas and prioritized pain-point lists, differentiating between listing issues and product-related problems.
β’ Retrieve Sales & Traffic, Search Query Performance, Returns, and Voice of the Customer reports.
β’ Develop ongoing sales, traffic, return-rate, and before/after conversion follow-ups.
β’ Consolidate exports by ASIN or SKU and create organized pivot tables.
β’ Provide clear one-page summaries that include findings, rationale, and recommended actions.
β’ Utilize Claude and ChatGPT for review analysis, draft copy, translation, and export summaries.
β’ Manage Claude projects, templates, and reusable AI workflows, including prompts, skills, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
β’ Verify AI outputs to avoid fabricated numbers, quotes, and measurements.
β’ Assess and potentially enhance the PowerPoint-based briefing workflow.
β’ Two to three or more years of direct experience with Amazon listings β whether in an agency, brand, or aggregator role β with hands-on access to Seller Central or Vendor Central.
β’ A genuine perspective on what drives conversion in Amazon listings, supported by examples; strategy for image and A+ content.
β’ Proficient in Amazon's image policies and the mobile gallery's functionality.
β’ Proven experience enhancing a listing utilizing return-rate or review data.
β’ Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets: including pivot tables, lookups, merging exports based on ASIN or SKU, and breakdowns per size or ASIN from raw Amazon data.
β’ Experience in initiating AI projects, crafting custom instructions, and developing reusable prompts or skills; preference for Claude, with ChatGPT as an acceptable alternative.
β’ Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar resources.
β’ Experience with listings in markets outside of the candidate's own.
β’ Evidence-based discipline and judgment to inquire rather than assume.
β’ Proficient written English to a professional standard with the ability to independently manage a queue.
β’ Ability to leverage AI for localizing images while ensuring that copy translates effectively in the market's language and aligns with designs created in English.
β’ Competence in design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Photoshop sufficient to mark up and conduct quality assurance, along with experience briefing offshore designers.
β’ Background in apparel, footwear, or other size-specific goods.
β’ Proficiency in a second European language, particularly German, or hands-on experience with a non-US marketplace.
β’ Knowledge or background in outdoor, sports, or equestrian fields.
β’ Experience in recurring client reporting accompanied by written commentary.
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft Teams.
