This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
β’ Facilitate strategy, cohesive service delivery, and integration of service lines for a prominent global financial services account.
β’ Propel innovation, establish optimal practices and standards, and enhance cost savings and operational efficiency.
β’ Administer national health, safety, and environmental initiatives across the account.
β’ Supervise the Integrated Facility Management Center of Excellence, encompassing Facility Management, Engineering, Health Safety and Environmental, Energy & Sustainability, and Business Programs.
β’ Act as a liaison between the Alliance Director and the JLL organization; report directly to the Governance & Enablement Director.
β’ Oversee Facilities Management outcomes, including business continuity, building-level financials, customer experience, facility condition assessments, repair and maintenance budgets, work order management, and client initiatives.
β’ Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations, laws, and codes.
β’ Manage compliance within Engineering operations, preventative maintenance, mobile engineering processes, and regional engineering collaboration.
β’ Implement and enhance Corrigo functionalities and AI-driven capabilities.
β’ Integrate service delivery platforms and resources while overseeing transitions.
β’ Establish a team vision and strategy that aligns with client objectives.
β’ Anticipate client needs, surpass KPIs, and guarantee client satisfaction.
β’ Build high-performing teams and foster employee engagement.
β’ Cultivate relationships across regional and COE teams, sharing best practices.
β’ Develop and oversee innovation strategies and lead the implementation of firm practices.
β’ Direct projects involving new processes, tools, and communication enhancements.
β’ Create and manage value-driven programs, overseeing their design, development, and execution.
β’ Recruit, attract, retain, coach, and elevate the performance of top talent.
β’ Bachelorβs degree is required; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate and/or Facilities Management.
β’ Proficient understanding of Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering, Energy and Sustainability, and Environmental and Safety practices.
β’ Proven leadership and management abilities, with a capacity to influence and negotiate.
β’ Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
β’ Skills in trend recognition, diagnosis, and problem-solving.
β’ Experience in implementing quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
β’ Strong financial and planning analytical capabilities.
β’ Competence in public speaking and the ability to engage large audiences.
β’ Ability to establish and maintain trust with both internal and client stakeholders.
β’ Prior experience leading large teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
β’ Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and eager to tackle new challenges.
β’ Capacity to motivate others to take action with a sense of urgency.
β’ Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
β’ Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
