This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver and oversee advanced, hybrid directory services capabilities for collaborative initiatives across the Defense Enterprise Office Solutions (DEOS) contract.
• Manage the design, execution, and integration of essential Identity and Access Management services across various domains and cloud service environments.
• Facilitate seamless authentication for millions of users.
• Ensure that directory and authentication services adhere to relevant DoD instructions and guidelines.
• Support modern connectivity approaches, including mobile device integration.
• Provide support services to the DHA Program Management Office and DHA clients.
• Integrate emerging technologies into the DHA service/baseline post-initial deployment.
• Offer engineering support across both traditional IT infrastructures and cloud computing environments.
• Design, implement, modify, and sustain DHA projects and related work activities.
• Collaborate with teams and technical leadership in demanding environments.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• IAT Level II DoD 8570 certification (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent).
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) Certification or related Enterprise IT and Directory Services Certifications.
• Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree in a relevant field.
• Over 10 years of experience in Enterprise Engineering and Directory Services.
• Familiarity with SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Radiant Logic, and/or ForgeRock.
• Proficiency in delivering highly secure Identity and Access Management solutions supporting multi-tenancy and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
• Expertise in Microsoft Identity technologies, including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Group Policies.
• Knowledge of Identity Federation (AD-FS), Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC), and DoD PKI Infrastructure models.
• Experience in developing, maintaining, and contributing to technical and process documentation.
• Background in Office 365 management and configuration, including Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office Suite, and AzureAD.
• Proficient with Windows Server 2008-2016.
• Networking experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VOIP, SSL, VPN, network topology, and firewalls.
• Capacity to inspire teams to perform exceptionally over prolonged periods and in challenging situations.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain and currently hold a Secret clearance.
