IB Coverage Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Assist senior bankers in the daily execution and due diligence of transactions

• Create fully dynamic financial models encompassing three statements, along with other intricate models and valuation analyses

• Prepare and engage in the presentation of marketing materials, pitch books, confidential offering memoranda, and management presentations

• Generate target marketing lists aimed at potential buyers, investors, and strategic partners

• Perform comprehensive industry research to support and create opportunities

• Organize internal discussions and arrange meetings regarding transaction discussions

• Provide mentorship and training to analysts
