IAM Integration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate coordination and communication among technical, operational, and identity-and-access teams.

• Assist in identifying, monitoring, and escalating risks, issues, gaps, and dependencies that impact modernization activities.

• Support the creation of documentation, structured reporting, and record-keeping to ensure precision and alignment.

• Foster collaboration across teams, provide meeting support, and ensure smooth information flow among stakeholder groups.

• Stay informed about program requirements, timelines, testing activities, and integration dependencies.

• Aid in troubleshooting related to integration and operational readiness tasks.

• Assist with interoperability workflows, middleware processes, and assigned system integration activities.

• Encourage consistent communication and alignment among teams involved in modernization initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Position is remote, but candidates must be located in the DC metro area.

• Public Trust security clearance is required.

• A Technical Training Certificate or Bachelor’s degree along with 5+ years of experience in supporting operational readiness and technical execution within identity, access, and integration domains.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in enterprise application integration and integration architecture for a Software as a Service (SaaS) managed EHR solution.

• Background in Clinical Informatics is preferred.

• Familiarity with HL7 v2.x and FHIR standards is beneficial.

• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.

• Proven experience collaborating across technical and functional teams.

• Experience with documentation, tracking, or reporting tools is necessary.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment is required.

• Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully complete a thorough Government background screening process that includes detailed forms and fingerprinting.
