This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate coordination and communication among technical, operational, and identity-and-access teams.

• Aid in the identification, tracking, and escalation of risks, issues, gaps, and dependencies impacting modernization efforts.

• Support documentation processes, structured reporting, and maintenance of records.

• Foster collaboration across teams, provide meeting support, and ensure effective information flow among stakeholders.

• Stay informed about program requirements, timelines, testing activities, and integration dependencies.

• Assist in troubleshooting activities related to integration and operational readiness tasks.

• Contribute to interoperability workflows, middleware processes, and system integration initiatives.

• Encourage consistent communication and alignment among teams involved in modernization projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based remotely but local to the DC metro area.

• Possess a Public Trust security clearance.

• Hold a Technical Training Certificate or a Bachelor’s degree, along with 5+ years of experience in supporting operational readiness and technical execution in identity, access, and integration domains.

• Have at least 2 years of experience in enterprise application integration and integration architecture for a SaaS-managed EHR solution.

• Background in Clinical Informatics is preferred.

• Familiarity with HL7 v2.x and FHIR standards is required.

• Demonstrated strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working collaboratively with both technical and functional teams.

• Proficient in using documentation, tracking, or reporting tools.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully complete an extensive Government background screening process, which includes detailed forms and fingerprinting.
