IAM Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of core-contributor responsibilities for complex, business-critical initiatives from inception to deployment.

• Emphasize outcomes, user experience, and the adoption of internal features.

• Enhance observability and performance utilizing tools like Sentry and Datadog.

• Leverage both backend and frontend skills to create seamless user experiences throughout the stack.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to promote the adoption of tools and processes.

• Ensure strong testing resources, adherence to team best practices, CI/CD processes, and meticulously crafted releases.

• Oversee processes from start to finish and guide projects effectively.

• Participate in an Agile/Scrum environment through code reviews, discussions on architecture and implementation, and collaborative problem-solving.

• Foster a supportive and cooperative team atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established history of successful professional full-stack development utilizing TypeScript and React.

• Strong quality focus and extensive experience with testing and release methodologies.

• Systems-thinking approach with comprehensive ownership of processes.

• Comfortable working with or eager to learn AI-assisted tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.

• Strong emphasis on observability and performance, with a background in quantifying and showcasing product usage.

• Familiarity with CI/CD and standard DevOps practices.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Must currently reside in and be legally authorized to work in the UK, Portugal, or Ireland.
