This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and execute IAM solutions customized to meet organizational requirements.
• Formulate and uphold IAM policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with security, IT operations, and application development teams to embed IAM solutions.
• Carry out risk assessments and conduct security audits.
• Detect vulnerabilities and propose remediation strategies.
• Stay updated on emerging IAM and cybersecurity technologies and trends.
• Offer guidance and support on access control, authentication, authorization, and identity governance.
• Assess and select IAM tools and technologies.
• Lead IAM implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Act as an IAM subject matter expert in industry forums, conferences, and working groups.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions in large, intricate environments.
• Proven experience in leading a Saviynt Implementation within the last 5 years.
• Comprehensive understanding of identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication.
• Practical experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and PKI.
• Familiarity with IAM platforms and tools such as Saviynt, Microsoft Identity Manager, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or equivalent.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• CISSP, CISM, or CIAM certifications are preferred.
