This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Conduct access reviews and manage role provisioning.
• Support existing Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with the helpdesk to resolve user and system access challenges.
• Deliver advanced technical support through business analysis, reporting, and the design/programming of new processes and reports.
• Engage in the continuous technical development and deployment of the IAM program.
• Streamline and enhance both new and existing processes through automation.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams on integrations and collaborative designs.
• Design, construct, implement, and deploy high-availability IAM solutions for large-scale cross-platform projects.
• Create and document standard operating procedures, IAM standards, and technical design documentation.
• Design, install, and configure advanced security models and applications for identity authentication and authorization.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, procedures, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collect data, monitor trend metrics, and analyze outcomes for ongoing service enhancement.
• Manage and implement changes to rectify issues or defects.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancement.
• Design applications, including coding, functionality, and interoperability with other systems.
• Develop comprehensive IAM technical requirements and designs utilizing industry best practices.
• Carry out other duties as required.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and 2–4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience gained through applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skill.
• Experience in application access provisioning.
• Familiarity with Active Directory.
• Background in customer service.
• Experience with CyberArk and/or SailPoint is preferred.
• Familiarity with privileged account management, file shares/file folders, and batch “bulk” processing is preferred.
• Knowledge of IT Security Compliance standards is preferred.
• Proficiency in scripting is preferred.
• Experience with reporting/metrics is preferred.
• Knowledge of O365, Teams, Confluence, and SharePoint is preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud solutions such as Amazon and Azure is preferred.
• Intermediate ability to identify basic issues and procedural irregularities, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Intermediate ability to work autonomously.
