Hydraulic Projects Manager – Revit MEP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development and preparation of plumbing and hydraulic systems design projects, from initial concept to final execution.

• Organize development phases and compile lists of deliverables.

• Establish priorities and synchronize schedules across various projects.

• Track project progress and ensure that deadlines are achieved.

• Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination and address conflicts between systems.

• Engage in alignment and coordination meetings with clients, third parties, designers, and project teams.

• Monitor technical requests and unresolved items.

• Evaluate and manage client requests and modifications.

• Oversee revisions and their effects on development timelines and schedules.

• Identify potential risks while monitoring both costs and quality.

• Communicate project progress, challenges, deviations, and resource requirements to management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• Proficient in advanced English.

• Over 8 years of professional experience in developing plumbing and hydraulic systems design projects.

• Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.

• Advanced skills in Revit MEP.

• Proficient in AutoCAD.

• Strong knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Familiarity with BIM coordination tools.

• Capability to manage multiple projects, oversee activities and deliverables, make technical decisions, and prioritize deadlines.

• Understanding of relevant standards and design criteria for plumbing and hydraulic systems.

• Experience in project leadership and/or technical coordination.

• Valid Category B driver's license.

• Willingness to travel.

• Possession of a personal vehicle.
