HVAC Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the upkeep of cooling systems, which includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing or replacing components of entire systems.

• Carrying out performance evaluations and routine maintenance on HVAC equipment.

• Executing additional maintenance or enhancements for out-of-season HVAC systems.

• Promptly responding to service requests, including emergency call-out services.

• Completing daily work reports accurately and in a timely manner.

• Safely and legally operate and maintain a motor vehicle in accordance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance stipulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Required).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting.

• Basic understanding of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems, is preferred.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and via email.
