This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in the initiation and commissioning of new units, utilizing expertise to support a cutting-edge facility.

• Conduct diagnostic assessments, resolve mechanical and electrical issues, and perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.

• Analyze and interpret regulatory standards and technical documents, such as blueprints and schematics.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring prompt escalation of issues for resolution when required.

• Emphasize safety by complying with licensing standards, operating equipment safely, identifying HVAC-related hazards, completing safety training, and implementing effective safety protocols.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

• EPA Universal certification is necessary.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry is required.

• At least 3 years of experience with centrifugal chillers is necessary.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and capable of standing, crawling, sitting, squatting, climbing ladders, and working on rooftops for extended durations.

• OSHA 30 Certification is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience with Carrier, Trane, and Diken Air Cooled and Water-Cooled Centrifugal Chillers is preferred but not required.

• Basic knowledge of building automation controls (BOMAC) is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working in data centers is preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with Steam Turbines is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are valued but not required.

• Knowledge of ServiceMax is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficient understanding of 19XR, 30CF, and CDU chillers is preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with air-side systems (constant volume, VAV) is required.

• Understanding of water-side systems (hot water, chilled water, condenser water) is required.
