HVAC Career Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct a live, one-hour workshop each month.

• Respond to student inquiries regarding HVAC careers and job search strategies.

• Provide practical insights into entry-level HVAC positions, apprenticeships, and certification programs.

• Offer optional one-on-one coaching for students who express interest.

• Highlight real-world HVAC experience through seminar-style presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HVAC (residential, commercial, or industrial).

• Knowledge of entry-level positions, apprenticeships, and certification paths, including EPA 608.

• Passion for mentoring and aiding career changers in entering the trades.

• Excellent communication and teaching skills.

• Availability for at least three evenings per week, preferably from Tuesday to Thursday.

• Ability to independently lead workshops.

• Familiarity with online platforms such as Google Meets and Calendly.
