This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Sustain and improve the Workday platform, focusing on workflows, process enhancements, organizational compliance, data integrity, configuration, security, reporting, data analysis, and processing.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of current Workday modules while assessing new functionalities and modules.
• Set up and modify business processes, security roles, and integrations.
• Prepare, test, and implement annual Workday projects and tasks, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, 9-boxing, managing bonus and merit processes, enhancing employee engagement, executing data integrity projects, and facilitating open enrollment.
• Analyze, verify, and audit system data for accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Create custom reports and dashboards and ensure timely delivery of scheduled reports.
• Import large-scale data modifications into the HR system.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and business leaders on the design and development of Workday functionalities.
• Offer leadership, coaching, and training support to Workday super-users, HRBPs, and other team members.
• Maintain system configurations, automated business processes, security, and integrations in line with internal standards.
• Assist end users with resolving issues, managing change, and providing administrative and technical standards, training documents, videos, and sessions.
• Review and execute Workday HR Administrator tasks, including final hire approvals, job/data/location changes, delegation modifications, task cancellations/rescinding, and security adjustments.
• Conduct HR system testing for implementations, upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Engage in Workday user-group meetings, trainings, and conferences.
• Investigate and resolve non-routine HR system issues and coordinate vendor/consultant service requests.
• Prepare for bi-annual Workday releases, investigate functionality modifications, develop testing plans, perform testing, and update business processes and fields as required.
• Manage multiple projects while acting as a liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and stakeholders.
• Organize HR systems projects, create project plans, and ensure adherence to schedules/specifications.
• Supervise annual Affirmative Action Plans and educate HR team members on associated requirements and outcomes.
• Oversee necessary federal and state reporting, including EEO and Vets reporting.
• Meet departmental and company performance and attendance standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Previous experience with HR systems, including implementation, administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and/or providing technical assistance.
• Previous experience with Workday is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of leading and executing projects from initiation to completion.
• A bachelor’s degree is required; candidates with an associate’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma and 4 years of relevant experience, will also be considered if they meet the minimum work experience requirement.
• Preferred academic focus: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong comprehension of HR workflows and system interdependencies.
• Capability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while upholding a high standard of customer service.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Skill in guiding internal customers through the design and execution of new functionalities.
• Experience in analyzing data for HR Business Partners, business or functional leaders, the Legal team, and external entities.
• Experience in collaborating cross-functionally to conduct business needs analysis, foster consensus, deliver updates, and present project outcomes to senior management.
• Proficient in interacting with and presenting to all levels of leadership.
• Capability to read and understand both written and verbal English.
• Communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to stoop and bend, sit and/or stand for extended periods, perform repetitive typing/sorting/filing motions, and lift/carry files and business materials.
• Adhere to privacy policies and HIPAA laws and regulations concerning the confidentiality and security of protected health information.
• Work from home designation (WFH: TN).
• Travel approximately 5% of the time.
