This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Execute personnel transactional processing within the DoDβs DCPDS Enterprise Suite production and Quality Center testing environments.
β’ Assist the DON civilian workforce performance actions utilizing the DPMAP module of DCPDS.
β’ Carry out transactional processing and quality assurance for Wage Mariner personnel.
β’ Prepare, generate, and submit Change Request Transmittals for annual pay table updates and to resolve system issues.
β’ Address intricate personnel transaction challenges related to DCPDS and DCPS interfaces.
β’ Perform root-cause analysis, replicate errors, identify interface concerns, input simulated test data, and analyze outcomes.
β’ Investigate, evaluate, and document software issues affecting DON personnel processing.
β’ Create and submit System Change Requests and Change Request Transmittals for system modifications and enhancements.
β’ Conduct formal release testing for DCPDS and the Enterprise Personnel System.
β’ Prepare and submit annual DON-specific salary tables.
β’ Complete service tickets and escalate DCPDS issues via DoDβs Remedy Tracking System.
β’ Provide personnel processing and system support within the Enterprise Personnel System Suite.
β’ Attend meetings with DoD, DFAS, and DON Program Managers and distribute meeting summaries.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree or five (5) years of demonstrated experience with DCPDS.
β’ Five (5) years of experience in Human Resources staffing and personnel processing.
β’ Five (5) years of experience with DCPDS Enterprise Suite and DCPS, including operational support, analysis, problem statements, testing, and verification.
β’ Two (2) years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (DCHRMS) Enterprise components.
β’ Proficiency in federal HR personnel regulations, OPM processing guidance, and DoD personnel systems.
β’ Capability to independently diagnose multi-system interface issues and replicate errors for troubleshooting purposes.
β’ Experience in preparing SCRs, CRTs, and participating in release testing cycles.
β’ Strong analytical abilities to evaluate complex personnel and pay issues.
β’ Excellent communication skills and capability to facilitate cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
β’ Completion of NACI or ANACI background investigation.
β’ U.S. Citizenship is required.
β’ Position is contingent upon favorable background investigation results prior to the start date.
