This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as the main HR point of contact for onboarding processes, lifecycle events, and employee terminations.

β€’ Handle sensitive employee relations matters, participate in calls or meetings, and create legally compliant documentation.

β€’ Develop and maintain relationships with payroll service providers, benefits brokers, and legal advisors in HR.

β€’ Provide consultation to clients regarding benefits, compliance, and workforce planning strategies.

β€’ Offer practical advice on labor laws and cultural considerations within Southern Europe.

β€’ Evaluate and advise on employment contracts while focusing on risk management.

β€’ Support clients in navigating Performance Improvement Plans and guarantee timely adjustments to salaries.

β€’ Act as the sole contact for employees’ immigration and mobility inquiries in collaboration with the Global Mobility team.

β€’ Identify tasks that can be delegated, document workflows, and ensure seamless transitions.

β€’ Promote automation and AI integration to enhance HR operations.

β€’ Oversee compliance governance initiatives throughout Southern European markets.

β€’ Spearhead global projects aimed at standardizing and enhancing HR practices.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR.

β€’ Proficiency in both French and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

β€’ Extensive understanding of labor laws and solid familiarity with employment regulations across Southern Europe, particularly in France (portage salarial).

β€’ Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues.

β€’ Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

β€’ Technologically adept with familiarity in HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom, and Slack.

β€’ Knowledge of the Employer of Record (EOR) industry is preferred.

β€’ Experience working in other Southern European nations, including France, is preferred.
