πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as the main HR contact for onboarding processes, lifecycle events, and terminations.

β€’ Handle sensitive employee relations matters, participate in calls or meetings, and draft legally compliant documentation.

β€’ Cultivate and maintain relationships with payroll service providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal consultants.

β€’ Provide advisory services to clients regarding benefits, compliance, and workforce planning strategies.

β€’ Offer practical guidance on labor laws and cultural considerations in Southern Europe.

β€’ Assess and advise on employment contracts and risk management strategies.

β€’ Assist clients in navigating Performance Improvement Plans and ensure timely salary adjustments.

β€’ Act as the sole point of contact for employees’ immigration and mobility requirements in collaboration with the Global Mobility team.

β€’ Identify tasks that can be delegated, document processes, and facilitate smooth transitions.

β€’ Promote automation and the adoption of AI to enhance HR processes.

β€’ Lead compliance governance initiatives across Southern European markets.

β€’ Spearhead global projects aimed at standardizing and enhancing HR practices.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR.

β€’ Proficient in both French and English.

β€’ Extensive knowledge of labor laws.

β€’ Strong familiarity with employment regulations throughout Southern Europe, particularly in France and portage salarial.

β€’ Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues.

β€’ Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

β€’ Technologically adept with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom, and Slack.

β€’ Familiarity with the EOR industry is preferred.

β€’ Experience working in other Southern European countries, including France, is preferred.
