This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as the main HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations.

β€’ Oversee sensitive employee relations cases, participate in calls or meetings, and prepare legally compliant documentation.

β€’ Establish and maintain relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal consultants.

β€’ Act as the initial point of contact for client inquiries regarding benefits, compliance, and workforce planning.

β€’ Offer actionable insights on labor laws and cultural nuances in Southern Europe.

β€’ Evaluate and provide recommendations on employment contracts and risk mitigation strategies.

β€’ Assist clients in navigating Performance Improvement Plans and ensure timely adjustments to salaries.

β€’ Function as the sole point of contact for employees’ immigration and mobility requirements in coordination with the Global Mobility team.

β€’ Identify tasks that can be delegated, document processes, and guarantee a seamless transition.

β€’ Promote automation and AI integration to enhance HR workflows.

β€’ Lead compliance governance initiatives across the Southern Europe markets.

β€’ Spearhead efforts to standardize and enhance global HR practices.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 3 years of HR experience.

β€’ Proficient in both French and English; additional languages are advantageous.

β€’ In-depth knowledge of labor laws.

β€’ Strong understanding of employment regulations across Southern Europe, particularly in France (portage salarial).

β€’ Experience in managing complex employee relations issues.

β€’ Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

β€’ Tech-savvy with experience in HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom, and Slack.

β€’ Familiarity with the EOR industry is preferred.

β€’ Prior experience in other Southern European countries, including France, is preferred.
