Human Resources Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Rotate among various roles within a designated USAP practice and/or HR business unit.

• Acquire and implement Human Resources skills by delivering objective project outcomes.

• Act as a subject matter expert, business partner, and facilitator within the organization.

• Foster professional relationships with colleagues, clinicians, and external clients.

• Utilize academic knowledge in the practical setting of the company.

• Engage regularly with HR Leadership for insights, mentorship, observations, and collaboration on key initiatives.

• Take part in team meetings, training sessions, and special projects.

• Complete and present a final project summarizing key learnings, experiences, and recommendations.

• Cultivate relationships across teams to enhance knowledge of the organization and the HR field.

⛳️ Requirements

• First-year student enrolled in the Master's of Human Resources program at the University of South Carolina.

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's-level Human Resources degree program.

• Previous experience in Human Resources is preferred.

• Commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards.

• Ability to uphold strict confidentiality.

• Strong attention to accuracy and detail while maintaining a broader perspective.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality.

• Timely and consistent submission of work assignments.

• Possible willingness to travel to USAP offices.
