This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
β’ Deliver comprehensive and routine administrative support for the Human Resources department.
β’ Collaborate closely with practice leadership, payroll, recruiting, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of HR requirements, policies, and procedures.
β’ Maintain the employee system of record for the Human Resources function.
β’ Provide guidance to associates on various Human Resource issues.
β’ Oversee the USHV onboarding program.
β’ Manage employee relations initiatives and foster employee engagement.
β’ Assist associates with employee relations issues related to suspension or termination.
β’ Aid practices in conflict resolution and offer independent mediation when necessary.
β’ Report HR business risks and other pertinent HR matters to the Regional HR Business Partner.
β’ Track and evaluate turnover, unemployment, recruiting, and Workers' Compensation metrics.
β’ Take charge of HR-related projects and prepare reports.
β’ Uphold workplace safety standards, report hazards, and engage in mandatory safety training.
β’ Execute additional tasks as required.
β’ High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
β’ A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Human Resources.
β’ Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
β’ Familiarity with Paycom or another HRIS system of record is preferred.
β’ Experience within a medical environment is preferred.
