Human Resources Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver innovative and scalable solutions to achieve Data Center hiring goals.

• Develop tailored recruiting strategies and foster relationships with operational teams and Data Center client groups.

• Formulate sourcing strategies while ensuring a personalized candidate experience.

• Organize and lead meetings, key initiatives, and projects with operations teams and client groups.

• Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development for recruiting team members as the role evolves.

• Build and sustain relationships with management and cross-functional stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, and HR.

• Collect and analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and strategies.

• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

• Keep accurate and current HR records and documentation.

• Support HR projects and initiatives as required.

• Lead international recruitment efforts at scale through sourcing and managing the complete interview process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in technical and/or non-technical fields.

• Experience in both pipeline-based and requisition-based environments.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong typing skills, with a speed of 50+ words per minute.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Capability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
