This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and requests.
β’ Address inquiries in accordance with service level agreements and established protocols.
β’ Provide information on HR policies, programs, and practices, including compensation, benefits, and changes to team members.
β’ Prepare and manage approved changes to team member status, employment contract amendments, and requests for employment verification letters.
β’ Escalate and categorize inquiries and requests to the appropriate stakeholders.
β’ Enter and maintain team member information in the Human Capital Management System.
β’ Verify and upload documents related to team member files in the Human Capital Management System.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to support the employee lifecycle.
β’ Assist in facilitating general orientation for new hires.
β’ Conduct research and prepare responses to HR-related issues.
β’ Support organizational projects and coordinate activities as needed.
β’ Completion of post-secondary education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
β’ Professional proficiency in both English and French is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ 1β3 years of relevant experience is advantageous.
β’ Knowledge of HR policies and the principles and practices associated with them.
β’ Familiarity with relevant legislative rules and regulations, such as Employment Standards.
β’ Outstanding customer service orientation and delivery capabilities.
β’ Strong writing abilities, ensuring consistency in documentation and customization as needed.
β’ Excellent coordination skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
β’ Must reside within Canada.
β’ Compliance with Code of Conduct, Criminal Record Check, Ethics, Privacy in Practice, Confidentiality, Temporary Work Permit, WHMIS Annual Training, and Workplace Violence and Harassment Worker Health & Safety Awareness is required.
β’ ON-AODA and ON-IASR certifications are preferred.
