This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as a trusted advisor to both leaders and employees, delivering strategic and tactical HR assistance.
β’ Oversee matters related to employee relations, ensuring outcomes are fair, consistent, and compliant.
β’ Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding workplace issues, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
β’ Mentor managers on best practices in leadership.
β’ Handle unemployment claims, agency inquiries, and hearings related to unemployment.
β’ Conduct impartial investigations in the workplace.
β’ Collaborate with leaders to cultivate a high-performance culture and facilitate employee development and future leadership growth.
β’ Support managers in finding solutions to enhance employee and team effectiveness.
β’ Guide processes related to performance reviews, goal setting, employee development, and performance improvement plans.
β’ Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, regulatory standards, workplace safety initiatives, and OSHA requirements.
β’ Identify and mitigate risks associated with employee relations and employment.
β’ Maintain thorough documentation and records for employee relations, investigations, performance improvement actions, unemployment claims, and workplace safety activities.
β’ Gather, analyze, and report on human resources and workforce metrics.
β’ Deep understanding of employee relations, performance management, and employment practices.
β’ Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
β’ Familiarity with workplace safety practices and OSHA standards.
β’ Strong skills in coaching, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making.
β’ Sound judgment with the capacity to maintain confidentiality.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
β’ Excellent organizational and project management skills; capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
β’ Ability to cultivate effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
β’ Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in Human Resources, covering employee relations, performance management, investigations, and support for managers.
β’ Experience in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on human resources and workforce metrics.
β’ Preferred experience in supporting unemployment claims and workplace safety programs.
β’ Experience with Workday is preferred.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Relevant education may be substituted with two years of related experience for each year of education.
