This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with leadership across various business units in the Southeastern US to enhance people strategy and synchronize HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
β’ Act as a trusted advisor to front-line supervisors, managers, and executive leadership.
β’ Recognize people-related challenges and opportunities while offering strategic HR advice.
β’ Utilize HR Centers of Excellence to roll out specialized programs and services.
β’ Assist in all aspects of merger and acquisition activities, including HR due diligence, talent and organizational assessments, employee transition planning, integration execution, HR program harmonization, retention strategies, and change management.
β’ Spearhead talent development initiatives encompassing performance management, career pathing, and succession planning.
β’ Promote goal alignment, continuous learning, leadership development, and professional growth.
β’ Offer employee-relations counsel on conflict resolution, performance issues, and workplace matters.
β’ Conduct prompt and comprehensive employee-relations investigations.
β’ Collaborate with Compensation and Talent Acquisition on strategies related to compensation, benefits, and recruitment.
β’ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
β’ Implement inclusion and diversity initiatives and advocate for fair growth and advancement opportunities.
β’ Lead and support organizational change initiatives and related communications.
β’ Utilize HR analytics to evaluate program success and provide data-informed recommendations.
β’ Oversee the execution of HR programs including engagement surveys, leadership development, compensation and benefits strategies, and talent acquisition efforts.
β’ 5-7 years of progressive HR experience concentrating on strategic HR business partnership, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
β’ Experience engaging with colleagues at all levels, from entry-level employees to senior leadership.
β’ Strong business acumen with the capacity to align HR strategies to business goals.
β’ Ability to collaborate with and influence individuals across all organizational levels.
β’ Experience in leveraging HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and Inclusion & Diversity.
β’ Outstanding communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
β’ Experience with Workday as an HRIS.
β’ Capability to assist in Workday system implementations and deploy new features and functionalities.
β’ Proficient in HR analytics.
β’ In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures, including federal, state, and local regulations.
β’ Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
β’ High standards of integrity and confidentiality.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
β’ Flexibility for US time zones.
β’ Regular and predictable attendance.
β’ Preferred: experience in a fast-paced, global, or matrixed environment.
β’ Preferred: proven ability to manage complex HR projects and lead change initiatives.
