πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Collaborate with senior leadership and management teams to formulate and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.

β€’ Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders at every level of the organization.

β€’ Identify challenges and opportunities related to personnel and offer strategic advice accordingly.

β€’ Utilize HR Centers of Excellence to deploy specialized programs and services effectively.

β€’ Support all aspects of merger and acquisition activities, encompassing HR due diligence, talent and organizational assessments, employee transition planning, integration execution, HR program harmonization, retention strategies, and change management.

β€’ Direct talent development initiatives, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.

β€’ Align individual objectives with organizational goals while encouraging continuous learning and development.

β€’ Design and implement training programs aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities and professional growth.

β€’ Provide counsel on employee relations, conflict resolution, performance challenges, and workplace issues.

β€’ Conduct thorough and timely investigations related to employee relations.

β€’ Foster colleague engagement and promote a positive work environment.

β€’ Align compensation frameworks, benefits, and recruitment strategies with organizational objectives and market competitiveness.

β€’ Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

β€’ Implement inclusion and diversity initiatives while advocating for equitable growth and advancement opportunities.

β€’ Lead and support organizational change initiatives and related communications.

β€’ Utilize HR analytics to assess program effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations.

β€’ Oversee the execution of HR programs such as engagement surveys, leadership development, compensation and benefits strategies, and talent acquisition efforts.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 5-7 years of progressive HR experience focusing on strategic HR business partnership, talent management, colleague relations, and organizational development.

β€’ Proven experience working with individuals at all levels, from frontline employees to senior executives.

β€’ Strong business acumen with the capacity to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.

β€’ Capability to collaborate with and influence individuals across all organizational tiers.

β€’ Experience leveraging HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and Inclusion & Diversity.

β€’ Outstanding communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

β€’ Familiarity with Workday as an HRIS.

β€’ Ability to support Workday system implementations and introduce new features and functionalities.

β€’ Proficient in HR analytics.

β€’ In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures, covering federal, state, and local regulations.

β€’ Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

β€’ High level of integrity and confidentiality.

β€’ Preferred: experience in a dynamic, global, or matrixed environment.

β€’ Proven ability to manage complex HR projects and spearhead change initiatives.

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

β€’ A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is advantageous.

β€’ Must reside in Texas.

β€’ Flexibility to accommodate US time zones.

β€’ Consistent and predictable attendance is essential.

β€’ Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
