Human Resources Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Identify, support, and facilitate change management and organizational development initiatives by consulting with pertinent HR leaders.

• Develop and integrate talent strategies that promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.

• Collaborate with supporting Centers of Excellence (COEs) and colleagues to provide and manage regular metrics, including quarterly personnel statistics.

• Partner with COE teams and fellow HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to collect information and ensure adherence to HR programs within the business.

• Aid in the development, design, and implementation of corporate HR initiatives and projects.

• Oversee the employee life cycle; identify trends, process gaps, support needs, capabilities, and efficiencies while addressing resolutions.

• Conduct data analysis for the Japan business while monitoring and reporting on initiatives.

• Manage employee relations issues in accordance with Japanese regulations.

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

• Proven experience in delivering results within a global, high-growth, and dynamic environment, particularly in high technology.

• Strong leadership presence and exemplary communication skills.

• Ability to influence senior leadership effectively.

• Proven success in a collaborative, matrixed setting.

• Demonstrated track record of achievements with quantifiable business outcomes.

• Capability to tackle challenging issues and make difficult decisions.

• Experience in managing change, shaping organizational culture, influencing leadership, developing talent, managing risks, and ensuring compliance.

• Familiarity with supporting Functional programs as required.

• Ideally, experience in the technology sector.
