This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for retail roles, starting from job briefing to candidate onboarding.
β’ Collaborate with store managers and partner departments to define candidate profiles and develop position briefings.
β’ Advertise job openings through various internal and external channels to enhance the reach and effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
β’ Assess and analyze resumes, focusing on both technical and behavioral qualifications and alignment with the job profile.
β’ Conduct interviews, both individually and in groups, either in person or online, based on the job profile and vacancy volume.
β’ Evaluate candidates and create interview assessments to aid managers in their decision-making processes.
β’ Manage high-volume recruitment initiatives, especially for store operations and sales roles.
β’ Proactively source and engage candidates utilizing diverse sources, channels, and recruitment strategies.
β’ Foster strong relationships with retail managers and leaders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and the status of vacancies.
β’ Monitor and uphold compliance with recruitment service level agreements (SLAs).
β’ Conduct regular check-ins with managers regarding ongoing recruitment processes and facilitate decision-making.
β’ Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout every stage of the recruitment journey.
β’ Assist with talent attraction initiatives, including job fairs, university events, community outreach, and local collaborations.
β’ Track recruitment metrics such as time to fill, candidate volume, conversion rates at each stage, source effectiveness, and approval rates.
β’ Maintain up-to-date recruitment systems, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of information.
β’ Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting productivity, shortening time to hire, and enhancing the quality of hiring decisions.
β’ Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and other HR departments on projects related to people and retail.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
β’ Prior experience in Recruitment and Selection, ideally within retail, service industries, shopping centers, food service, or high-volume hiring settings.
β’ Proven experience in managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
β’ Familiarity with recruiting for operational and sales roles.
β’ Knowledge of competency-based interviewing methods.
β’ Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital talent attraction tools.
β’ A basic understanding of recruitment metrics.
