πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Establish trusted partnerships with operational leaders and act as a strategic HR advisor for designated locations and teams.

β€’ Collaborate with leaders on staffing requirements and implement effective people strategies aligned with operational objectives.

β€’ Guide managers on performance, workplace standards, communication, team dynamics, and leadership skills.

β€’ Assist in organizational transformations, team growth, workforce planning, and initiatives related to personnel.

β€’ Cultivate community relationships and represent the organization at events focused on talent and community engagement.

β€’ Advocate for the company's culture, values, philosophy, and promote positive workplace practices.

β€’ Enhance employee engagement, recognition, communication, and retention efforts.

β€’ Oversee regional engagement, recognition, training, and cultural initiatives.

β€’ Administer the Employee Recognition Program.

β€’ Assess employee satisfaction through surveys, stay interviews, exit interviews, and other feedback tools.

β€’ Analyze employee feedback and workforce data to identify trends and propose engagement and retention strategies.

β€’ Collaborate with Recruitment and operational leaders on workforce planning, candidate selection, offers, and onboarding processes.

β€’ Identify staffing trends, turnover issues, and challenging positions to fill.

β€’ Assist in retention strategies and facilitate a regional onboarding experience.

β€’ Advise leaders on employee relations, performance issues, attendance, conduct, conflict resolution, and corrective actions.

β€’ Support leaders through performance management and disciplinary procedures.

β€’ Conduct or assist with investigations and suggest appropriate actions.

β€’ Oversee attendance and performance management processes, ensuring timely evaluations and documentation.

β€’ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

β€’ Aid in the development, implementation, communication, and maintenance of HR policies and processes.

β€’ Counsel leaders on workplace practices and organizational risk management.

β€’ Monitor compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

β€’ Create employee communications regarding culture, initiatives, policies, programs, and expectations.

β€’ Coordinate regional training and development programs.

β€’ Assist in manager training focused on leadership, employee relations, performance management, policies, and workplace standards.

β€’ Evaluate HR procedures and employee experiences for ongoing improvement.

β€’ Utilize HR metrics and workforce trends to pinpoint opportunities in staffing, turnover, engagement, attendance, and performance.

β€’ Engage in HR projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

β€’ A minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience.

β€’ Experience working closely with managers and operational leaders is preferred.

β€’ Familiarity with employee relations, performance management, recruitment/staffing, and employment compliance is preferred.

β€’ HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is advantageous.

β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

β€’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment.

β€’ Proficiency in managing competing priorities and deadlines.

β€’ Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

β€’ Sedentary work necessitating extended periods of sitting at a computer workstation.

β€’ Regular use of hands and fingers for keyboarding and standard office equipment.

β€’ Ability to hear and comprehend spoken information both in-person and electronically.

β€’ Visual acuity and sustained focus with attention to detail.
