πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees by delivering strategic and operational HR assistance.

β€’ Foster a robust business partnership with teams by offering consultancy on organizational and cultural matters.

β€’ Proactively assess organizational needs and propose solutions to enhance both organizational and employee success.

β€’ Conduct market research in the DACH region to aid in internal salary benchmarking and role evaluations.

β€’ Examine and implement strategic HR processes, policies, and procedures.

β€’ Facilitate change management initiatives through continuous organizational analysis and change management programs.

β€’ Offer guidance on employee relations matters, encompassing performance, talent development, team building, and organizational transitions.

β€’ Assist managers in developing employee career paths and identifying training needs and development opportunities.

β€’ Collaborate with the global Employee Success team to ensure a consistent employee experience worldwide.

β€’ Work alongside finance, legal, and IT departments to enhance the employee experience.

β€’ Act as the main point of contact between the organization and external authorities.

β€’ Report directly to the VP of HR EMEA.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

β€’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR business partnership role, ideally within a high-tech/startup environment, Professional Services, or Consultancy firm.

β€’ At least 3 years of experience collaborating with global teams.

β€’ Demonstrated experience in working with senior technical leadership from start to finish.

β€’ Strong judgment and the capacity to make independent decisions, supported by processes, documentation, and management input when necessary.

β€’ Ability to shift from strategic to hands-on roles; experience in both small/medium and large company settings is advantageous.

β€’ Proven experience in organizing and coordinating company events.

β€’ Proficiency in both German and English is crucial.

β€’ Familiarity with DACH Labor Law and related legal regulations.

β€’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

β€’ Experience in a global context and in scaling teams.
