Human Centered Change Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategic direction and quality standards for a portfolio of Human-Centered Change initiatives.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for account and project leadership matters.

• Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with customer sponsors.

• Promote alignment and sponsorship for transformation programs at the C-suite level.

• Develop HCC's go-to-market strategy.

• Oversee complex proposal development, deal structuring, and SOW creation for significant or high-risk projects.

• Drive practice development and mentor Managers and Senior Managers.

• Define repeatable methodologies and represent HCC as a thought leader both internally and with clients.

• Guide clients through vision and change strategy, as well as enablement and training for effective adoption.

• Utilize Design Thinking methodology and collaborate efficiently with technical audiences.

• Integrate AI-driven approaches into consulting delivery practices.

• Exemplify and coach others on practical, responsible AI-augmented delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in customer-facing consulting roles.

• Experience in leading and expanding a practice or portfolio of large-scale transformation projects.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and developing people managers.

• In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies, including Salesforce's Levers model and the Prosci ADKAR framework.

• Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior executives and translating change strategies into business outcomes.

• Expertise in applying AI-native delivery methodologies to consulting engagements.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code.

• Willingness to travel as needed, up to 50% of the time.

• Preferred qualifications include Prosci Certification and Salesforce Admin Certification, or Salesforce Strategy Designer or Agentforce Specialist Certification.

• Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Energy sectors is preferred.

• Background in shaping and negotiating SOWs, as well as managing subcontractor/SI partner relationships at scale is preferred.

• Working knowledge of AI capabilities and their responsible application in consulting is preferred.
