This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and uphold the HubSpot CRM environment
• Analyze and enhance CRM processes, workflows, and configurations
• Develop and tailor HubSpot functionalities according to business requirements
• Execute new requests, features, and process enhancements
• Diagnose CRM issues and propose effective solutions
• Assist in configuring workflows and automation
• Generate and sustain reports and dashboards
• Ensure CRM data is clean, accurate, and reliable
• Identify data hygiene challenges and aid in continuous data cleanup
• Evaluate current HubSpot architecture before implementing major changes
• Consider how new configurations or requests may influence existing workflows and processes
• Document processes and CRM configurations as required
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to comprehend requirements and convert them into HubSpot solutions
• Discover opportunities to enhance CRM efficiency, scalability, and user-friendliness
• Weigh the impact of configuration changes while balancing business needs with effective CRM administration practices
• Practical experience in administering HubSpot CRM
• Strong comprehension of HubSpot's CRM features, workflows, properties, reporting, and configuration
• Experience in customizing HubSpot according to business and operational needs
• Proficiency in troubleshooting CRM and workflow challenges
• Solid understanding of data hygiene and CRM data management
• Ability to grasp how various elements of a CRM environment interconnect
• Keen attention to detail, especially when altering an established CRM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Capability to understand business needs and identify the best implementation strategy
• Comfortable working independently while managing multiple requests or priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness and ability to work during US business hours
