This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Administer and oversee the HubSpot CRM environment.
• Evaluate and enhance current CRM processes, workflows, and configurations.
• Create and tailor HubSpot functionality to align with business needs.
• Implement new features, requests, and process enhancements.
• Diagnose CRM issues and propose effective solutions.
• Assist in configuring workflows and automation.
• Generate and uphold reports and dashboards.
• Aid in maintaining clean, accurate, and dependable CRM data.
• Identify data hygiene challenges and support ongoing data cleanup efforts.
• Review the current HubSpot architecture prior to executing significant changes.
• Evaluate how new configurations or requests could impact existing workflows and processes.
• Document processes and CRM configurations as necessary.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp requirements and convert them into efficient HubSpot solutions.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the CRM's efficiency, scalability, and user-friendliness.
• Practical experience managing HubSpot CRM.
• In-depth understanding of HubSpot's CRM features, workflows, properties, reporting, and configuration.
• Experience in customizing HubSpot based on operational and business requirements.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting CRM and workflow challenges.
• Strong grasp of data hygiene and CRM data management.
• Ability to comprehend how different components of a CRM environment interact.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially when altering an established CRM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to interpret requests, understand the underlying business needs, and determine optimal implementation strategies.
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple requests or priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness and ability to work during US business hours.
• Windows 11 PC (Mac is not supported).
• 16 GB RAM.
• Dual monitors.
• Webcam and headset.
• i5 processor or higher.
• Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable).
• Backup power solution.
• Microsoft Teams / Office 365.
