HubSpot CRM Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the HubSpot CRM environment.

• Evaluate and enhance current CRM processes, workflows, and configurations.

• Develop and tailor HubSpot functionalities according to business needs.

• Execute new requests, features, and enhancements to processes.

• Diagnose CRM issues and propose effective solutions.

• Assist in configuring workflows and automation.

• Generate and sustain reports and dashboards.

• Ensure CRM data is clean, accurate, and reliable.

• Identify data hygiene challenges and support ongoing data cleansing efforts.

• Examine the current HubSpot architecture prior to implementing significant modifications.

• Evaluate how new configurations or requests could impact existing workflows and processes.

• Document processes and CRM configurations as necessary.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to discern requirements and translate them into effective HubSpot solutions.

• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the CRM's efficiency, scalability, and user-friendliness.


⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in administering HubSpot CRM.

• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's CRM functionalities, workflows, properties, reporting, and configuration.

• Experience in customizing HubSpot to meet business and operational needs.

• Familiarity with troubleshooting CRM and workflow challenges.

• Strong understanding of data hygiene and CRM data management.

• Ability to comprehend how various components of a CRM environment interact.

• Exceptional attention to detail, especially when altering an established CRM.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to assess the optimal implementation of business requests.

• Comfortable working autonomously and handling multiple requests or priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work during US business hours.

• Windows 11 PC (Mac is not supported).

• 16 GB RAM.

• Dual monitors.

• Webcam and headset.

• i5 processor or better.

• Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable).

• Backup power solution.

• Microsoft Teams / Office 365.

• Applications must meet the minimum technical requirements to proceed in the hiring process.
