HubSpot CRM Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the HubSpot CRM environment.

• Evaluate and enhance CRM processes, workflows, and settings.

• Develop and tailor HubSpot features according to business needs.

• Execute new requests, features, and improvements to processes.

• Diagnose CRM issues and propose effective solutions.

• Assist in configuring workflows and automation.

• Generate and sustain reports and dashboards.

• Ensure the CRM data is clean, accurate, and trustworthy.

• Detect data hygiene problems and aid in ongoing data maintenance.

• Examine HubSpot architecture prior to substantial changes.

• Evaluate the influence of new configurations or requests on current workflows and processes.

• Document processes and CRM configurations as necessary.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp requirements and convert them into HubSpot solutions.

• Spot opportunities to enhance the CRM’s efficiency, scalability, and user-friendliness.


⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in administering HubSpot CRM.

• Comprehensive understanding of HubSpot's CRM functionalities, workflows, properties, reporting, and configurations.

• Experience in customizing HubSpot based on business and operational needs.

• Proficient in troubleshooting CRM and workflow challenges.

• Strong knowledge of data hygiene and CRM data management.

• Ability to comprehend how various components of a CRM environment interact.

• Excellent attention to detail, especially when modifying an established CRM.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to understand fundamental business needs and determine optimal implementation strategies.

• Comfortable working autonomously while managing multiple requests or priorities.

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

• Willingness and ability to work during US business hours.

• Windows 11 PC required; Mac is not supported.

• 16 GB RAM.

• Dual monitors.

• Webcam and headset.

• i5 processor or better.

• Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable).

• Backup power solution.

• Microsoft Teams / Office 365.

• Applications must meet the minimum technical specifications to proceed.
