This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee and manage the HubSpot CRM environment
• Evaluate and enhance current CRM processes, workflows, and configurations
• Develop and tailor HubSpot functionalities to meet business needs
• Execute new requests, features, and enhancements to processes
• Diagnose CRM issues and propose effective solutions
• Assist in configuring workflows and automation
• Generate and uphold reports and dashboards
• Aid in maintaining clean, accurate, and dependable CRM data
• Identify data hygiene challenges and support continuous data cleanup efforts
• Review the current HubSpot architecture prior to making significant modifications
• Evaluate the impact of new configurations or requests on existing workflows and processes
• Assist in documenting processes and CRM configurations as necessary
• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend requirements and translate them into effective HubSpot solutions
• Consistently seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and user-friendliness of the CRM
• Practical experience in administering HubSpot CRM
• Comprehensive understanding of HubSpot's CRM functionality, workflows, properties, reporting, and configuration
• Experience customizing HubSpot according to business and operational needs
• Proficient in troubleshooting CRM and workflow-related issues
• Strong grasp of data hygiene and CRM data management
• Ability to comprehend the interactions between various components of a CRM environment
• Keen attention to detail, especially when modifying an established CRM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Capacity to interpret a request, understand the underlying business need, and determine the optimal implementation approach
• Comfortable working autonomously while managing multiple requests or priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness and ability to work during US business hours
• Windows 11 PC (Mac systems are not supported)
• 16 GB RAM
