HubSpot CRM Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the HubSpot CRM environment.

• Evaluate and enhance current CRM processes, workflows, and configurations.

• Design and tailor HubSpot features according to business needs.

• Execute new requests, features, and process enhancements.

• Diagnose CRM problems and propose effective solutions.

• Assist in configuring workflows and automations.

• Generate and sustain reports and dashboards.

• Ensure the CRM data is clean, precise, and trustworthy.

• Detect data hygiene problems and aid in ongoing data maintenance.

• Review the current HubSpot structure prior to making major modifications.

• Evaluate the effects of new configurations or requests on existing workflows and processes.

• Record processes and CRM configurations as necessary.

• Work with stakeholders to grasp requirements and convert them into efficient HubSpot solutions.

• Consistently enhance CRM efficiency, scalability, and user experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in administering HubSpot CRM.

• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's CRM functionality, workflows, properties, reporting, and configuration.

• Experience in customizing HubSpot to meet business and operational needs.

• Familiarity with troubleshooting CRM and workflow issues.

• Solid understanding of data hygiene and CRM data management.

• Capability to comprehend the interaction among various elements of a CRM environment.

• Keen attention to detail, especially when modifying an established CRM.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to understand business requirements and identify the ideal implementation approach.

• Comfortable working autonomously and juggling multiple requests or priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Willingness and ability to work during US business hours.

• Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported).

• 16 GB RAM.

• Dual monitors.

• Webcam and headset.

• i5 processor or higher.

• Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable).

• Backup power solution.

• Microsoft Teams / Office 365.
