HSE Supervisor / HSE Inspector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage daily site operations to guarantee adherence to HSE standards.

• Implement safe working practices and intervene to halt unsafe behaviors or situations when required.

• Evaluate and authorize Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).

• Ensure the effective execution of permit-to-work, LOTO, working at height, lifting, and electrical safety protocols.

• Perform site inspections, audits, and conduct toolbox talks.

• Assist contractors in resolving HSE non-conformities and executing corrective measures.

• Document and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.

• Serve as the main HSE liaison among the client, contractors, and project management team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an HSE Supervisor / HSE Inspector on Wind, Solar PV, and/or BESS projects.

• At least 3–5 years of hands-on HSE experience in construction or industrial settings.

• Comprehensive understanding of HSE regulations, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and specific client HSE standards.

• Familiarity with permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and toolbox talks.

• Proficient in conducting HSE inspections, audits, and incident investigations.

• Excellent communication abilities and capacity to influence contractors and site teams.

• Proficiency in both Romanian and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Necessary HSE certifications such as GWO / NEBOSH / IOSH, or equivalent are required.
