• Providing personalized private lessons on recruiting and personnel selection.

• Teaching CV screening and interview techniques.

• Explaining LinkedIn usage and job search strategies.

• Illustrating employer branding and HR processes.

• Introducing junior profiles to the HR field.

• Supporting students, recent graduates, or career switchers.

• Conducting 1-to-1 sessions online or in person.

⛳️ Requirements

• HR Specialist, Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar roles.

• Practical experience in selection or HR management.

• Ability to explain processes clearly and concretely.

• Mentoring and listening skills.

• Certifications are not required.

• Teaching experience is not necessary.
