HRSG Field Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee construction, building, and commissioning activities at customer locations.

• Manage projects from site mobilization through civil, erection, and commissioning phases.

• Supervise installation and construction processes, including civil work, erection, and mechanical/electrical installations.

• Directly or indirectly lead team members and manage subcontractors.

• Perform technical tasks in accordance with established guidelines and work protocols.

• Adjust task sequences in response to evolving work conditions.

• Utilize technical expertise to implement policies and strategies.

• Coordinate your team’s activities with other teams and contribute to the overall objectives.

• Make decisions within a specified framework and address technical challenges.

• Build and maintain customer relationships, acting as the liaison between the customer and GE.

• Communicate technical information effectively to others.

• Potentially lead a junior team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

• Alternatively, a high school diploma or GED combined with a minimum of 6 years' experience in Project Management, Installation, and Construction.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful passing of a drug screening, if applicable.
