HRIS Solutions Developer – Boomi, UKG

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Set up and oversee UKG WFM, which includes timekeeping, pay rules, time-off policies, scheduling, analytics, Data Hub, and productivity features.

• Create, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Boomi integrations that support UKG and other enterprise applications.

• Provide support for APIs, inbound/outbound interfaces, data mappings, transformations, and cloud connectors.

• Oversee UKG releases, system updates, security measures, testing, and production migrations.

• Monitor integrations, resolve errors, and ensure the reliability of systems and integrity of data.

• Collaborate with HRIS, IT, operational teams, and vendors on system improvements and projects.

• Keep technical documentation up to date and adhere to established change management and CAB processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in configuring and technically working with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions).

• More than 5 years of experience in Boomi integration development and support.

• Proficient in XML, JSON, REST APIs, SOAP, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project management abilities.

• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

• Preferred certifications in UKG and/or Boomi.

• Experience with Python, Workday Studio, or SQL is preferred.

• Strong understanding of ERP/HRIS ecosystems and enterprise integrations.

• PMP certification is preferred.
