This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, configure, and uphold the HRIS platform, ensuring optimal system performance, reliability, security, and data integrity.
• Act as the principal functional subject matter expert for HRIS, offering guidance and assistance to HR and business stakeholders.
• Set up and manage HRIS business processes, organizational frameworks, security roles, and system configurations.
• Plan, test, and execute HRIS updates, configuration modifications, and approved system enhancements.
• Create, sustain, and disseminate reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Uphold data governance through audits, data validation, security management, and documentation.
• Create and manage HRIS documentation, business processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to collect requirements, resolve issues, and implement improvements.
• Manage relationships with HRIS vendors and service providers, coordinating issue resolution, enhancements, contract renewals, and invoice processing.
• Offer end-user support and training.
• Lead and oversee HRIS-related projects from planning through to implementation.
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and enhance HR processes through HRIS capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of HRIS experience, encompassing administration and support.
• Proficient in configuring and maintaining business processes, security, reporting, and core HCM functionalities.
• Experience in developing reports, dashboards, and HR analytics.
• Background in supporting releases, testing, and system enhancements.
• Strong comprehension of HR processes and data governance principles.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and priorities effectively in a collaborative setting.
• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours as required to assist associates across different time zones.
• Capability to work for extended periods at a computer.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (approximately 5%).
• Experience with integrations.
• Experience supporting a global workforce.
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of process management principles such as Six Sigma.
